June 30, 2011	Application cut-off dates Applications are reviewed and spaces awarded on a rolling basis during this period until capacity is reached
June 25, 2011 and July 1, 2011 for Four and Two-Year meetings, respectively	Cut-off date for Launch Meeting room rate at Renaissance Hotel, Asheville, NC
July 25 - 26, 2011	Foundations of Excellence Launch Meeting for FOUR-year campuses
August 1 - 2, 2011	Foundations of Excellence Launch Meeting for TWO-year campuses
August 2011 - July 2012	Period of task force study and creation of strategic action plan
September/October 2011	Administration of web-based Faculty/Staff survey
November 2011	Administration of New Student survey
TBD	Foundations of Excellence Winter Meeting
July 31, 2012	Period of year-long advisory support ends * * Advisory support can be extended upon execution of a new agreement and payment of an additional fee.
