November 1, 2007	Application period opens
May 30, 2008	Application cut-off date Applications are reviewed and spaces awarded on a rolling basis during this period until capacity is reached
June 30, 2008 and July 3, 2008 for Four and Two-Year meetings, respectively	Cut-off date for Launch Meeting room rate at Renaissance Hotel, Asheville, NC
July 31 - August 1 & August 4 - 5, 2008	Foundations of Excellence Launch Meetings for four and two-year campuses, respectively
August 11, 2008 - August 11, 2009	Period of task force study and creation of strategic action plan
October 2008	Administration of web-based faculty/staff survey
November 2008	Administration of web/paper first-year student survey
February 6, 2009	Foundations of Excellence Winter Meeting, tentatively in Orlando
July 31, 2009	Period of year-long advisory support ends * * advisory support can be extended upon execution of a new agreement and payment of an additional fee
July 30, 2010	Access to FoEtec^® ends
