Privacy Policy

The Gardner Institute values the privacy rights of individuals and diligently preserves the privacy rights of those who visit and use our web site.   Your trust is important to us and we believe you have the right to know how information submitted to our web site is handled.

We use a secure server to disseminate information and store information we collect from those who use our web site. Certain client information is automatically collected from visitors in order to allow our site to function properly and to provide aggregate traffic and access information for resource management and site planning purposes.   While we reserve the right to use log details to investigate resource management or security concerns, it is not the general intent to track individual visitor profiles.

Participants in the Foundations of Excellence® process must establish a "MY FYFoundations Account" and visitors may voluntarily do so as well.   Information collected will include personally identifying information such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.   Such information will only be used to communicate with participating individuals and to provide services requested.

We will not release personally identifying information for the purposes of commercial solicitation. We will not voluntarily share personally identifying information with any third-party organizations with the exception of "need to know" vendors who assist the Gardner Institute in delivering our web-based services.

This statement is provided to explain our Internet privacy policy in general terms. However, in legal terms, it shall not be construed as a contractual promise, and the Gardner Institute reserves the right to amend it at any time without notice.   Should you have questions about this policy, please contact us at info@jngi.org or telephone us at (828) 966-5401.
