The First Year Experience (FYE) program facilitates students’ integration into the Reinhardt community through intentional curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular initiatives designed to promote engagement and to help students develop skills essential for success. These skills include the ability to communicate effectively; to think critically and evaluate data based on logic and research; to demonstrate understanding and appreciation for the global community; and to develop a set of values and ethics that will equip them for their personal and professional lives. Reinhardt College prepares first-year students for the entire college experience, for the world of work, for additional education and for life’s calling.
