Fees for Comprehensive Services: Extended Payment Plan Available

The comprehensive fee for Foundations of Excellence® self study participation includes:

Intensive advisory support for one year provided by Gardner Institute team
- Senior staff advisor assigned to each institution
- Frequent written and oral feedback
- Periodic web seminars
Use of intellectual property
- Foundational Dimensions® , Performance Indicators, Current Practices Inventory, and Action Plan template
Access to FoEtec® web-based self-study technology platform for two years
Foundations of Excellence New Student Survey (optional for Former FoE Institutions)

- Benchmarking with peer institutions
Foundations of Excellence Faculty/Staff Survey (optional for Former FoE Institutions)

New Institutional Participant Additional costs:

Although there is no additional charge for the launch meeting itself, institutions are responsible for travel expenses and hotel accommodations (for three institutional representatives) at the meeting; meals will be provided by the Institute.
If an institution chooses to participate in the optional Winter Meeting, there would be a modest cost recovery registration fee of approximately $175 plus travel and accommodation costs for each institutional representative. The 2011 Winter Meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 4 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Discounts may be available for:

Multiple campuses from a common state university system
Multiple campuses from the same university system
Multiple campuses from the same community college district
Two- and four-year institutions working in the same service area, that collaborate on their respective FoE self studies.

Important Information for Former Institutional Participants

Institutions that have previously participated in the FoE in the First College Year Self-study can undertake the new FoE Transfer Focus self study with the following benefits:

Travel to the national Launch Meeting is optional;
Although use of surveys is highly encouraged, it is not required, which provides further cost reduction and flexibility;
Your institution's familiarity with FoE will enable you to get your study of transfer students up and running more expeditiously. You would also be able to immediately build on your prior work in the Foundations self study.
